Sinopsis

Kasih, the daughter of a rich family, fell in live with Fajar, a boy from a poor family. Both families were against this relationship. One day, Fajar and Kasih married and she gave birth to a baby girl. Kasih named her Intan. Not long after that, Fajar died in an accident. Kasih was finally found by her family and forced into marrying Dr. Frans. Intan lived with Lastri, Fajar's mother, who was very protective of her.

Despite all Lastri's strict rules in bringing up her grand daughter, Intan ended up pregnant. Ello, her boyfriend promised to marry her. But her happiness was not long lived. Ello died. Intan was feeling uneasy, living in her mother in law's house without contributing, so she went out to look for a job.There she met Redo, a guy who truly loves her.

Meanwhile, Kasih got sick. Turned out, she needed a kidney donor. Intan was shocked to find out her mother, who she thought had been dead for years, turned out to be alive. Intan was willing to donate her kidney, but Kasih refused.What happened to her, and what about her romance with Redo?
